If you're not satisfied with Phantom Coder, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase — as long as you've used 2 or fewer AI queries. This lets you try the app risk-free while preventing abuse.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, both conditions must be met:

• Your request is within 3 days of purchase
• You've used 2 or fewer AI queries

After 3 Days

After the 3-day window (or if you've used more than 2 AI queries), subscriptions are non-refundable. Phantom Coder is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated sign-ups and cancellations, or use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service.
